After order ships out Silk Plant Jungle sends a shipping information email to buyer with freight company information, approximate delivery date and tracking number(s). Silk Plant Jungle is not responsible for any harm or damage allegedly caused by product or service. BUYER MAY RETURN ORDER by replying to Silk Plant Jungle's shipping information email within three days of delivery being descriptive as possible about reason for return. Silk Plant Jungle usually responds same or next business day. Order is considered delivered at time freight company reports in their website. Buyer puts copy of Silk Plant Jungle's return authorization in box, boldly puts return authorization number on outside of box under return label and ships order to address in return authorization through FedEx or UPS within four days of when return authorization email was sent to buyer. Suggest buyer properly package and insure return and include signature required service. Buyer replies to Silk Plant Jungle's return authorization email within one day after shipping out order with name of freight company and tracking number(s) so Silk Plant Jungle can track return. Return must include all product, all packaging material, packaged same as when Silk Plant Jungle shipped out to buyer and arrive at Silk Plant Jungle in new, unchanged and undamaged condition. If return complied with policies ten percent * refund fee and shipping cost to buyer is deducted from any refund. Sales final on Close Out Specials on Discontinued page. * Refund fee :

picture(s) of order. Any additional shipping costs due to
